Subject: What farmers really think about land prices.

68340

The majority of the time I bet a farmer would be thinking this,

"Yes, I want my land to be a good investment, BUT I sure enjoy the feeling and prestige of land ownership."

"I will just ave the cost of my land all together.  I have X number of acres already, so just adding these acres at a high price will not bring down my average land price much."

"They are not making any more land."

"I'll be dammed if I am going to let the neighbor buy the land right next to mine."

"At least I can see my money when I drive by, it is not stuck in some bank or stock."

"Now that I have more land I need a bigger truck, tractor, planter, ect."

"Can't be a better place to put my profits."

And the list could go on.  LOL
