I guess like the answer to the old puzzle-how many beans make five?
Answer- two in each hand and one in the other!

Crop prices, interrst rates are meaningless unless you make some assumptions about input costs-and you can no more lock them in long term than you can prices.

BUT: with a long term loan you have locked in your land costs.
