Alton, Ia | There certainly is less land up for sale this year than last. Guess a few people saw this coming..... Last year, about this time, we counted over 3000 acres being auctioned in June, this year it's maybe 300. Prices are down, or at least not still going up, but the interest is still there. The few no sales I heard about most people thought the seller was crazy, last year the consensus was the buyers were nuts. | |
