SC Kansas is still high. At least sometimes. 240 acres with 198 tillable, all class 3 ground, sold 2 weeks ago for $1200/acre. I really think it should have been $800-$900 at best, but there were 3 people there at the auction willing to take it higher. A couple of months ago a quarter 1/2 mile away from this, with better soils sold for $1070.
