La Glace Alberta Canada | We had a piece of land not far from us (4 miles) 130 acres total only 75 that can be worked rest is creek and can never be farmed. It sold for 135,000 which for our area is very high. That price is 1800/acre correct? The price is usually around 1000/acre. The dad bought it for the son who wants to farm. The dad sold his farm in southeren Ab and has money to burn. These guys are my neighbours but they piss me off the only time they come on the yard is to borrow something or see if I have time to dry their grain in the fall. | |
