Went to a land auction recently.  Couple of smaller tracts (3A and 14A) sold good (in my opinion).  50A tract (in a less desirable location, hay and pasture land) brought probably 2/3 of what it would have brought 2-3 years ago.  There was definitely a lack of active bidders on the 50A tract. 

Anyone else got any land sales to report on?
