Subject: RE: Agco Dt250b cab suspension

NW Iowa
You have 4 hyd susp units, one at each corner. The fronts you remove the fuel tank on either side. The fastest I've done a front set is 2hrs. The rears are easy about 15 min a side. They have a position sensor in the hyd cylinder that tells the cab position. If those aren't within a certain value they will fail calibration, hunt, or go into lockup mode. You have to replace the whole unit ($1400)if sensor goes bad or if they settle or leak. Dealers don't rebuild them. As far as I know I'm the only person who rebuilds them. I get the sensors in Germany. If the tube isn't crushed you can install new sensors. Do you have the early units ( no cab adjust) or later with cab adjust?
