Side pork is delicious and it is just plain with no smoking or curing. I buy it at fareway in Le Mars iowa. You have to ask for it as it is frozen but slices divide easily. If you buy it in a 15 lb box it is cheaper. I had some this morning and all I do is salt and pepper it and fry it.
