Cyndy you hit the nail perfectly ! But the sad truth is the vast , vast percentage of home buyers don't have a clue ! We are part and a small part of the population that deals with decision making choices in every facet of our business/livelihoods . That gives us a huge leg up over the general population that views shows like this . It's not a wonder the sheep want the government to make all of their decisions for them .
