I watched that show fairly often for quite a while, but then the manufactured drama got to me so bad that I just stopped. You know before it begins that the remodel is going to uncover major structural or electrical or plumbing issues.....would think with all the experience the contractor has, he'd be smart enough to check that stuff out before giving an estimate. And the real estate agent always has to do two bogus houses before he finds them the perfect one.....one of the couple who are the 'subjects' always has to have some quirky can't-live-more-than-500-feet-from-mommy issue. And the couples have apparently never driven around their own neighborhood to scout for houses for sale.....the RE guy regularly finds one on the next street over that's nearly ideal. Sorry.....kinda got off on a tangent there.....
