Insurance company made lowball offers, We told them what we would settle for and they wouldn't have none of it. Turned it over to a lawyer and after a few letters they wanted to go to mediation. We agreed but then decided they would settle for the original offer the lawyer sent to them. After the lawyer fees we ended up with a few hundred dollars more that we had originally told them we would settle for. | |
