You can threaten all you want with lawyer letters.   My attorney recommends not wasting your time with attorney letters.  He will write them, but say usually waste of time.   He is top lawyer in town here. I wouldn't respond to a letter my self.  Send me the paper work I am being sued.   OP how much do you think it is going to cost you to sue them.   Do you expect to win.  I bet there lawyers are better then yours.
