CIL | I had a drunk driver hit me several years back(tractor and planter). His insurance only wanted to pay 60%. My ins didn't want to help me. I called the department of ins. They told me my ins co by law had to help. Before I called my ins co back, his co called to offer 70%. I said no and we would just go to court and I wanted a jury trial and hung up. They called back in a little over a minute and agreed to the whole bill. | |
