Texas | What kind of difference are you talking about in dollars between what they are offering and what it should be worth?
I get the principle of it and what is right and wrong but you also need to consider how much money is involved and how much time and effort it will take to get more.
Get on auction time.com and see what trailers like your have SOLD for in the past 6 months. Print that out and show them.
People generally like to complain about insurance companies, myself included, but I have found that in most cases if you are reasonable they will pay you fairly on your claim. We have had several claims over the years from wrecks and never once did I think they screwed me over.
