SE SD		One letter from an attorney will shake the tree.

But be prepared if they dig thier heels in the dirt. Next would be to file
against the driver.

Edit to add, remind your attorney to include, you will also be seeking damages for
loss productivity......... The time frame you with out a trailer you were monetarily
damaged.
