Okay, I went and searched for your name and battery.  I found a thread where you asked about Deere's 6 volt systems, along with some other stupid comments obviously intended to start a color war.  I presume this is the thread you are talking about.  You received 12 replies which I just read.  Every one of theresponders, including me, told you, correctly, that the tractor you were talking about has and always had a 12 volt system.   Jon Hagen told you that the last 6v Deere was a 2 cylinder, in the '50s.  Your question was completely answered.  Nobody "blasted you a new one,"  unless you consider ron asking you where you had been hiding for the last forty years to be "blasting you a new one."  Why are you 0000ing about it now?
