SW OH | Lead time? Its Not like they can log onto the internet and have something delivered to their house that has 3 feet of water/mud in it. Not very useful when every store around is involved in the disaster as well. I am far from Nebraska and only know what I learn here.
Sometimes the wrong size, style, hideous color, polyester, inappropriate for the weather, essentials is greatly appreciated. Any gift no matter what can raise someone's spirits more than cash.
