Our son lost everything in a house fire a number of years ago. One couple who had suffered a fire lose earlier brought a box of items that included toothpaste, soap, deodorant and a whole bunch of things that I wouldn't have thought of. We use many things every day that we don.t think about until they are lost and we have to start from scratch.
Never thought of this for flood victims.
