Subject: Frozen Culvert lower end, water erosion under 24" tube, now

Between Omaha and Des Moines, 7 miles South of I80

Have a 20 year old 40 ft waterway culvert, under field dam/roadway, at roughly a 20-25 degree angle, going into a ravine/ditch. (24" round pipe)

The bottom outlet was/is frozen during this quick Spring thaw and rainfall, and has undermined the culvert and washed away at least 8-12" of soil, (yes, in hindsight, I wished Dad or the Dirt contractor would have installed a Anti-seep collar, 20 years ago)

Is the only repair, hire a excavator, dig it out, repair trench, install Anti-seep collar, and reinstall?

Any type of grout or concrete slurry fixes????

Thanks
