Last years Mar 1 stocks can be somewhat of a guide as to what NE had on Mar 1 2019. Last years Mar 1 total corn bu was 956 million with on farm accounting for 540 million. Very difficult to fathom 10% of the states stored grain ruined from this. 10 million is a much more plausible number.

Soys are a tougher comparison due to usage pattern change, but last year they were 165 million with 51 million on farm. Here again a couple million damaged would be much more plausible.

This is affecting Iowa as well, so you need to factor in Iowa's stocks as well. In the OP's picture, there's what, 5 million bushels of corn in those bunkers? How much of that will be salvaged? If they can't get at those bunkers for a week, it might be less than half.
