North Dakota | It will be and it tears me up inside seeing the destruction and thinking about it. I have been through some floods in 1999 and 2011 but nothing even approaching what your state has experienced. I pray that the financial and mental toll doesn’t lead to dreadful choices. It is one thing having a home destroyed but add a complete livelihood built over a lifetime or lifetimes and it becomes hard to comprehend. | |
