My guess is that retailers have contracts that are scheduled for receiving ...ordered months ago that they have nowhere to store.... thinking that by this time of year stuff woud be moving. Once again usable storage space pays dividends.

Any idea where the flour is being imported from? Maybe just from Canada and normal business, or something out of the ordinary??
