I may put the old valve back on and see if the problem is resolved. I installed the new one just like the old one. It was working as usual up until this truck sat for a month or so in sub zero temps. Otherwise I'll just bring it in to a mechanic. I ordered the valve from kenworth figuring they'd send the right one. But maybe one is a delay and one isn't. I'm no truck expert.
