Can't see it in my pictures but it's way the reel is made.
I wanted a straight shot into it with the hose without making a 180° turn back into it.
Here is the image of the reel from TSC.
I could not mount it on the other side of the platform as that is where I wanted the pump for the shortest run of wire to run it to my power socket on the tractor.
