I am 6'2" and about 270 on a good day. Wife is tall and not "model" size either. We don't have any problem with the bed on our fifth wheel. Right up by the head, there are some cabinents, but never had any trouble having fun with momma up there. lol I like the bathroom being right there too for late night trips to the bathroom. Also, the kids beds are on the opposite end of the camper which is nice. I think a slide out for families and and bigger people is a must, just adds so much room. On ours, there is storage everywhere you can look. If we need to take the grill, it fits in the door, so we just throw it in there. Ours also has a door on the side and you can fold up kids bunk beds and put bikes etc in there. We grill most of the time, but also use the crock-pot a lot. It saves heating up the inside cooking.
I leave ours outside. I am scared if i put it in the barn, the mice will set up a small town in there. Anybody else have experience with this? | |
