We plan on using our stripper heads to harvest them, and yea standability was at the top of my list, to be combined with a workhorse variety that hopefully wont fall flat on its face the first time out. We also do not have rocks in this area that I would worry about picking up if we do cut on the ground, that is more common than I like to think about with wheat.
