West of Broken Bow
Very stout machines. Just keep the shroud, radiator screen and radiator clean and blown off. Be mindful of air filters too.

Only issue I have had is with the way the front of the deck acts as a dozer blade with clippings when mowing thick grass. I don’t know if any changes have been made to the later deck designs. But with a straight, crisp 90 degree front on deck, clippings building up there is a noticeable issue. In my opinion, it should be sloped toward the front on the leading edge. My Grasshopper has the latter design and so the dozing effect with clippings is pretty much nonexistent. But maybe the mowing conditions and type of grass is just a “Here” thing.
