NE Colorado | If everyone was producing 500 bushels per acre, what would be the price of corn, $1 per bushel?
Your argument would be a good one if corn would stay at $4 or better with everyone producing 500, but it fails if corn gets really cheap.
Guess we will need a lot more ethanol plants. Tell all the groups fighting ethanol that we need ethanol plants because soon we will produce 500 bpa and cannot stand to pay $500 per bag for seed if we will only get $1 per bushel for corn because of no ethanol. | |
