Camshaft is different. ECM tuning is different. Still a single turbo. It will have the MBN Prefix if it's a bridge engine. The bridge engine was for '04 model trucks IIRC, but the truck could easily have been built in '03.
It's a good engine if you tune it to a 6NZ, and change the camshaft. Cheaper to rework than an ACCERT.
