Mid-Michigan | We pull a wfp brillion behind a tiger mate II with 3 bar harrow and mounted rolling basket. Usually I can get by with o e pass over chisel plowed stalks. It's a good tool when you need it but if it isn't necessary, leave it in the shed. If you work your ground to flour and get a pounding rain, it will seal your ground up like a parking lot and nothing will come up. Most guys in Illinois and Iowa have never heard of a packer because there lumps break up. Our concrete clay is a different monster.
