But, I am going to guess the Monsanto folks heard you say "good" products and "brilliant" business plan, the rest they did not hear b/c it did not fit their "frame", that is the way they see things, which is short term profit over long term relationships with customers.
I am admitted to the EDMo. (St. Louis federal court) and have had a couple of calls from farmers over the years. However, as soon a I sit down to work up a budget for defending a case, I know I won't be hearing from them again. Thought about doing one pro bono, but then even one case of significance could hurt a solo's practice. Defending against a subpoena shouldn't take as much as time though. How did that case turn out, or is it still pending? | |
