We try to plant the hot bananas next to the jalepenos and then we have a driveway that is about 10' wide and put the sweet bananas on that side of the driveway so they are all together but kind of seperated.  Yes we have had sweet ones that were hot so if you can isolate them I would try to.  We plant them like we do because it is easier to harvest this way.
