Ours is a 2016 that was bought new last year. One beef is you can't run the side vents and defroster at the same time. We have already ready replaced the blower motor in less than 10K miles because it has sucked moisture in the fan. I try to run on recirculate but every now then I must bump the button. The heated windshield won't melt the ice off but will help some with defrosting.
