Iowa - Floyd County | No pictures for you but I've been at my day job(public works) since 10PM last night trying to keep ahead of it. Wasn't doing too bad until I lost a tire on my tractor loader, of course I don't have a tube or anything on hand. I live 2 miles outside of town and tried to go home here a little bit ago and I can't get there. We didn't even have as much snow as some places to the West of us but the wind really makes a mess of things here. All the Sheriffs Office has been doing all day is trying to get to people stuck on the roads. I've honestly never seen drifting this bad here, at least that I can remember(I'm young). | |
