Yes.... I am guilty of not pan testing every year. Time and conditions thing for me...But each time I was close to my previous settings if not dead on.
If I see a difference in the same types of fertilizer, its usually because there is a marginal difference in density when I hand scale it.
Like others mentioned, wind speed is a big factor.
