Eastern Ohio | I was taken to court over a survey for a major ethane line going through one farm I have. Under the law here IIRR only "Public Utilities" can force you to survey and even eminent domain your property. Not gathering lines or non-PU project. BTW I knew I was going to loose in court for them to survey, so I didn't even hire a lawyer. Pipeline brought in 2- $500/hr. lawyers from out of state for a five minute proceeding. | |
