Subject: RE: Survey of pipeline or windmill farms

Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska
I was thinking that too. Back up 50-70 years or more when a lot of infrastructure we have to today that makes this country what it is and every land owner had to be paid for every little thing or took companies to court to get anything done we would still be a third world country. I realize having a pipeline going across a persons land may not be desirable, (I do have one across mine and you would never know it), But, I see getting in the way of progress is not good for society as a whole.
If it was me, I'd allow foot access to survey and if they actually built a line, then get as much for damages as needed.
