We have Texas panhandle pipeline on our ground-really shady-have to get a lawyer to get anything from them. They have about 1/2 acre of valves/pipes fenced off-pays something like $1,200 a year. No check last year-they now saying "We don't have to do that anymore". Its a pain to farm around them-lawyer hardly worth it for the amount paid-and they know it.
