Southern Ab | I like booting around in my 64 Galaxie. But around 100 mph is good enough for me. Tiny little mirrors, sixties era steering, aerodynamics of a brick makes for a real rush. I have nothing but respect for drivers and crew from that era. The sponsors didn’t just dole out money- they developed engines and street car production runs in order to qualify the car If they had a retro series I’d travel to a lot of races. Tv wouldn’t be good enough I’d have to be on the rail and feel it. | |
