I’ve never been much of a NASCAR fan, but the few races I’ve watched it seems like they stop for the least bit of rain or anything. If they get rain or snow on the track they have to slow down, but make them keep racing. That’s going to be a better way to judge how good a driver is than only racing on a perfect track, and certainly more interesting.
