Eastern Ontario | So I’m looking at a new to me tractor for loader work and possible pull a 6 row planter this spring.
I’m looking at a 2002 6420 with 2300 hrs. I also found a 2007 6430 (ivt) with 5100 hrs on it. Both tractors are 4wd. No loader on either so I’d be putting a new one on. Looking at Stoll loaders.
After searching on Ag talk and other sites my question would be, will the 6430 ivt transmission hold up with 5100 hrs on it? 6420 is a quad gear. Also wondering if there’s anything else I should be looking at or concerned about with either one.
