Southeast WI | John, we built our own 3 row closing in on 10 years ago. Only run about 30 acres of squash and pumpkins here but this thing has been a life saver many years as the lack of good herbicides make us close to organic. Usually run through 2X in a season and typically have 3-5 following the first time with hoes to snake out the weeds right under the plants that Reigi can't get at. Eco Weeders were initially named Reigi after the guy that helped invent them is the story we heard. Mark Roeters out in Grant MI got me all the gear boxes, pto shafts etc and we built the tool bar here on the farm. It worked great from day one. Initially we bought one Reigi but at a half acre per hour we couldn't get much done!
