Facebook. When we did ours last year a private Facebook page was set up. One person invited everyone they were friends with to join and asked that anyone who knew the whereabouts of anyone not in the group to invite them to join or to notify the person in charge of the reunion with their contact information. A running list was able to be made of people whose whereabouts were unknown so people could contact their relatives or anyone who might know where they were. Not everyone showed up but we did get nearly 100% contact.
