Mostly PI of 100-110, some less. The nicer laying stuff is wet. C&D were probably the bargains at $4700 per acre given what hunting ground has been bringing. C&D still had a lot of tillable (probably 80%) land, but it was also the lowest in terms of productivity. Overall price of $6500ish probably in line with other sales. if you go about 20 miles southwest you run into $10,000 to $14000/ acre ground pretty quick.
Any results known on the Greenville, IL land auction?
