| E718 and Steve c-il have good working options.
I have one like E718 has on my Kinze 15" row planter. Mine has a wireless remote that I have on a lanyard I wear around my arm or neck. When the auger is running, oil is ported to my auger motor, otherwise when I press the stop button, the oil bypasses around.
In my scenario, my hyd oil comes from the tractor then thru valve on the Kinze, then to the remote ( solenoid valve ) and my rear couplers, but the operation is still the same. I have a few wagons with different varieties of seed, so I just plug my hoses into rear of planter for whatever wagon / auger I am using, and the remote shuts on and off. works slick !
Remote uses a simple watch battery, I want to say like a 303 ??, but the range is good, like...150 ft or so when I played around with setting it up,
I'll see if I can get you some numbers....Amazon will be about the cheapest and the quality has been decent. I'm sure Brand hydraulics will have something as well as Surplus Center.
Would work in most any hydraulic application as long as flow and pressure requirements are met. | |
