Subject: RE: Eliminating cobs in corn sample- CaseIH Flagship

I thought only the green machines filled the tank with cobs and pods. We run S680s most frustrating thing is trying to clean up the sample. On a Case you can close down the pre sieve maybe? JD has that area wide open and is non adjustable. Everything drops thru pre cleaner and overloads front of bottom sieve ending up in grain tank. Had used flagship CaseIH machines for 10 years before this year-never had much trouble with cob in tank- closed down pre sieve, bottom wide open, fan wide open, adjust top for cob.
