Thanks for the help guys, I have lost 11lbs in the last three months, I am up to walking fast 4 miles a day and trying hard to eat less and better. I have 23 lbs to go, I am doing it to cut my colesterol and help with diabetes as my kidney function has been off some the last couple of years and I don't want to end up like my mother as she died at the age of 74 from kidney disease,do to not controlling her diabetes. I watched her on dialysis for 4 1/2 years,sure not and easy way to go.
