I've made a lot of  'anti vibration'   mounts over the years with  hole saws.     Never again.    

Sharpen  a  pipe or tube  of the  diameter you want,  and use  your press  or   hydraulic jack to push a CLEAN hole, without filling your lungs with burnt rubber.   

   Got the idea after using  spent  ammo casings  to make nice holes in   DIY gaskets.

last I made was  cab mounts out of   a sidewall section of  a   rear tractor tire,  about 5/8ths inch thick.
