USDA is a last resort for funding, for most anyway. Pigford showed their true colors here. Every black that ever walked into the offices were awarded their $50k check. My little town of 600, of which close to half are black, got so many $50k checks that the car salesmen from the local Ford and Chevy place were making house calls trying to get it.
There a big lawsuit now in my area from a bunch of black farmers that claim that Stine sold them bad seed on purpose. It's made national news. it's just a money grab by a group of people who are perpetually downtrodden.
