NW Iowa. / SW Arizona | Thanks for your input on this Ed. This is a double wide Mobil home with no Arizona room you mention. It has a carport attached to it which may look like it has the extra room. I took the air filter clear out this morning so it has zero resistance for the return, still didn’t make any difference. I noticed this morning when I was cooking my eggs I could feel fresh air coming in on the stove exhaust fan when the furnace was running. This system is definitely starving for return air. I’m wondering if they didn’t oversized the outsize unit when it was installed two years ago the unit is huge. I just assumed it needs to be for hot 120 degree summers.
